Hard Breach
Any rule violation that immediately disqualifies the account.
Soft Breach
The violating trade is closed but the Funded/Instant account continues.
Trailing Drawdown
A dynamic equity floor that trails upward with profits until it locks.
Consistency Rule
Caps the best day at 30 % (Funded) of cumulative profit; exceeding it raises the target.
Microscalping Rule
The Microscalping Rule requires that at least 50% of all trades are held for longer than 15 seconds. In addition, at least 50% of total profit must come from trades held for longer than 15 seconds. Accounts that do not meet this rule are not eligible for a payout.
Management Fee
The monthly charge of $5 on each CFD/Krypto account and $19 on each futures account.
